2024 HOA Board Nomination Biographies
Ryan Galloway (1312 Bascomb)
My name is Ryan Galloway and I live at 1312 Bascomb. I’ve lived here for the past 2 years with my wife Jess, 2 year old daughter Brooklyn, dog Max, and a new baby boy we are expecting in Spring of next year! Joining the HOA board will allow me to contribute to the improvement and well-being of the community. I want to be part of decisions that directly impact the neighborhood, ensuring it remains a great place to live. I hope to help foster better communication, maintain property values, and address concerns in a fair and transparent way. My goal is to represent the interests of all residents and promote a positive, cooperative atmosphere.
Bruce Hill (1505 Acres Way)
A 7+ year member of Banbury Woods, Bruce has been visible at the pool and other social events including helping with the Luminaries within BBW. A licensed real estate agent, former HOA manager in a previous life, and now entrepreneur, Bruce is willing to help steer BW into the future.
Andrew Horrigan (Bascomb)
My name is Andrew Horrigan, and I’m brand new to this wonderful neighborhood of Banbury Woods—just moving in this week (10/17) on Bascomb! I’m already feeling the warm welcome and community spirit here and am eager to contribute as part of our HOA.
As a citizen of Raleigh for 10+ years, I have developed great relationships in every place I’ve lived, and expect to experience no different here in Banbury Woods. I am especially fond of community events and want to see us come together even more, utilizing the beautiful amenities this neighborhood has to offer. I work from home, so it’s important that I enjoy and am involved in my community.
When I’m not working, I love to dream up and execute on new house projects and ways for my family to enjoy our home and its surroundings. I am also an avid Liverpool Football Club and Arizona Cardinals fan, love to travel to new places, play rec league soccer, and spend time outdoors with my family.
I’m excited about the chance to serve and make our neighborhood an even better place to live!
